Everyone loves ranch. Maybe my son loves ranch a little too much. One of the things we missed when we decided to eat paleo foods was rich, creamy, delicious dressings. So here's an easy recipe to make your salads and raw veggies happy.
1 c. homemade mayonnaise (I use the recipe for The Best Mayo from whole30.com)
3/4 tsp each dried dill weed, dried parsley, onion powder and garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Stir it all together and Voila! Ranch Dressing!
Optional: add the juice from 1/2 a lemon for extra zest, add some avocado oil to thin it out, or add an avocado to make avocado ranch (just like Chili's but better).
